污泥干化裝置
為了最大限度地提高傳熱速度和攪拌及搖動(dòng)的效果，將干燥機(jī)的圓盤設(shè)計(jì)成中空傾斜盤。
特點(diǎn)
節(jié)能：采用間接加熱方式，熱效率高。
小型：間接加熱方式，每單位面積的傳熱面積比直接加熱干燥機(jī)大，所需占地面積較小。
排氣量少：間接加熱方式，需要灌入的載氣量較少，排氣量也少。
濾水含水量可調(diào)：通過(guò) ⑤ 在傳熱面上自行進(jìn)行清潔，以便維持較高的傳熱系數(shù)。(蒸發(fā)系數(shù)：約8-20kg)

結(jié)構(gòu)和原理
特點(diǎn)
完全燃燒：在高溫的流化層內(nèi)進(jìn)行干燥和焚燒，可實(shí)現(xiàn)完全燃燒。
理想形狀：流化層部分為圓形，可維持高效的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)。
可將殘?jiān)统辽斑M(jìn)行混合燃燒：可將處理廠排出的殘?jiān)⒊辽昂兔撍疄V餅一起進(jìn)行混合燃燒。
Perfect combustion: drying and incineration in high temperature fluosolids.
Ideal form: part of fluosolids is in circular form, maintaining high efficient flow.
Mixed incineration of residue and grit:conduct the combined incineration for the effluent residue , grit and dehydrated filter mass.
